Theme: THE CABIN CREW PROFESSION: PROMOTING SYNERGY BETWEEN US”
The annual seminar, now in its 5th year, is a non-profit Career initiative created to inspire the next generation of Cabin Crew professionals. It brings together Stakeholders, Aviation training Organisations, practitioners and the Aspiring young ones.
The aim and objectives of the seminar, is to introduce and mentor aspiring next generation of Cabin Crew Professionals, helping them identify the key skills, highlight the valuable and strategic role of the profession, create a platform for professional and aspiring Cabin Crew to connect & share knowledge, as well as connecting them with the relevant training Organisations.
The seminar attracts up to 300 participants, comprising Cabin Crew professionals and will feature discussions, mentoring sessions and great networking opportunities with stakeholders, Aviation schools and practitioners.

The aim and objectives of the conference is to introduce and mentor aspiring next generation of Aviation Professionals on the existing Aviation Career opportunities, introducing them to their career choice, helping them identify the key skills, highlight the valuable and strategic role of Aviators, create a platform for professional and aspiring Aviators to connect & share knowledge, as well as connecting them with the relevant training Organisations.

This is further complicated by the fact that, there are no mentoring institutions where they can be guided. The result is the high level of ignorance as to the limitless Careers opportunities available.
It is predicted that the Aviation industry globally, will continue to grow. The need for effective capacity development investment in the next generation skilled workforce cannot be overemphasized. One of the ways we can achieve this is to create a platform where by Aviation professionals can reach out to so many of these youths at the same time. The need to be knowledgeable in an emerging world cannot be over emphasized.
